How Transfer Recommendations Work
- Surplus locations (grade C or D with stock) are matched with deficit locations (grade A or B) for the same variant.
- Suggested quantity = min(50% of source stock, destination's 14-day demand gap). Never depletes source below half.
- Only shown if suggested qty >= 5 units and source has >= 5 units.
- Sorted by source cover days (most overstocked first).
